Solar portable office units
Paid commission. I modelled both units in Revit and produced the renders for the client.
A commission for Aaron Henderson: portable office units built out of shipping containers with solar panels mounted on the roof. One version has a pitched panel array over the container, the other keeps a low single-slope array on a flat roof.

GeneMetrics collection kit
Paid commission. I was given photographs of the kit and asked to build a 3D model of it. I modelled the box, the tray and the contents, produced the renders, and also made a physical version.
A 3D model of the MyGevity at-home collection kit for GeneMetrics: the printed outer box with its branding, and an open version showing the tray with the tubes, swabs, instruction card and leaflets sitting in their compartments.

I did all of it myself, from taking the photos to writing up the submission.
This was the project that carried most of my grade. I recorded a build as it went up, photographing each stage and writing up what was happening and why.

Ukraine charity collection box
My full GCSE Technology & Design coursework at Dalriada School. I did every stage myself, from the research through to making the product. It was awarded an A.
A freestanding charity collection box for the Ukraine Appeal, designed for a client and built in the school workshop. It holds over 200 coins across five labelled sections, has a translucent acrylic front so people can see the money going in, and a locked trapdoor underneath so only one person can take the coins out.

School building model
Modelled the whole building myself, from the brief through to the presentation drawings.
A school modelled in Revit: classroom wings, corridors and stairs sitting on a regular structural grid. Getting the grid to work with the classroom sizes took a few attempts.

Apartment block
Designed the unit layouts, worked out the build-ups and produced the drawings.
A multi-storey residential block. The interesting part was repetition: designing one flat properly and then stacking it, and keeping the core in a position that worked on every floor.

Park survey and CAD drawings
Carried out the survey on site and drew the whole package up afterwards.
I surveyed a park, took the levels and existing features, and turned the readings into a full set of AutoCAD drawings with a proposed layout on top.
